My husband and I own this building and all of the apartments in it, so you don’t have to deal with a management company or agent. This is a business for us. We do not live in these apartments. We have a team of vendors that we use to make sure our apartments are well maintained and our tenants get great customer service. All of our apartments have been designed by aprofessional interior designer and feng shui expert.

Normally, we only rent by whole calendar months. So, the lease would have to start on the 1st day of a month and end on the last day of a month (April 30, May 31, June 30, etc.) With the exception of the apartment that is available now, since that lease can start any day between today and the end of March. Also, we do not do long term leases. We prefer 1-6 month leases. Depending upon how things go, we might extend a lease.
We charge $300/mo for all utilities (gas, water, electric, trash, etc) including high speed wireless internet, satellite tv (160 channels) and use of the washer and dryer in the bldg–not coin operated. The total security deposit is $3k. If you have a pet, then there is a $500 pet deposit. We would require $500 deposit to hold an apartment, then the security deposit along with first month’s rent on the first of the month. The hold deposit is applied towards the total security deposit. In the event that you do not take the apartment, the deposit is non-refundable.
